In the long run, we all choose something or the other in life, we gotta decide somewhere, somehow if we want to do anything, we gotta pick, decide, choose, remove ALL but one option and do it.

After much time I’ve found a not simple but concise and packed up quick or strong foundation/start summary of wisdom and practices, like a pack of resources of knowledge that would be a starting point for any person in the modern age that wants some Real transformation (not change, change is temporary, transformation is long term) for the better, here is the concept, remember remove all other options and decide one, start now!

The Challenge That Will Spike you

Here is the deal, this is probably the hard way part! The call to adventure starts absolutely now! It involves reading, watching, practicing and discipline for a certain number of days, however here it is an overview of the whole thing.

This challenge is a perspective, mindset, health transformation if applied! And a deep dive into the ways of human beings.

If we want to start to find solutions and get exposure to them, I’ve set this up to just start it (hence the title, Start somewhere, start now), after all this time in this world exposed to the normal, maybe the normal isn’t working out, lets experiment something odd, something different.

(Why should you trust all this? You don’t need to, but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible for you to experiment and expose yourself to new ways, jump!)

45 days of applying 10–20 minutes a day:

The Plan

Get used to the app and understand what’s going on, then start a 30 or 20 days challenge presented there, it will trouble you, but it will transform you!

Start reading the book or the articles in order (you only need to read untill article number 10 but start with the first one in the link, however if you want read more, go for it at your own risk!)

While practicing and reading make the video series a support, start from the first video that appears on the link.

Know that all of it is related and complementary, so use it all and it will dawn on you a new way and order for life, a beneficial and challenging one for sure, Life is much more than we got used to, find it for yourself!

Don’t trust me, try it, get involved in the process/challenge and something will happen for sure, if you are not ready, save this and somewhere, sometime along your life, just do it!

Note: If you want a boost to take on this challenge and others, I would suggest to look into high quality food supplements. From my own studies I concluded a good baseline and fundamental ones are quality Vitamin D3 + K2, Omega 3, a multimineral and also a multivitamin.

Conclusion

The long hard way in life starts now and here it is the first step that will make the whole thing transform. Embracing the challenges will open us to solutions we never knew existed!

Little by little investing on ourselves will turn our childhood dreams in the present moment, you won’t believe it, I can’t believe it! All is real, even the wildest dreams hold truth to it, keep imagining and reimagining or in others words keep dreaming and then make it so!
